A hairline crack in a tile does not mean it need to be replaced immediately, your roof is more susceptible to water damage and a leaking. If the crack is along the entire legth of a tile then it is highly advisable to get it replaced.

The costs for replacing ridge or roof tiles is dependent on access to the roof. Our professional and highly trained roofers adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines and working practices. How they access the roof, with or without scaffolding, will they have to use roof cement, will roofing ladders be required - are the main considerations for determining the costs for replacing roof tiles. For example, if we can access the roof using a roof ladder, the costs would only need to cover equipment and labour, however, if scaffolding is required for access, the increase in time and the scaffolding erection will add additional costs.
Quotes can be obtained by either an inspection or by using our form below. Uploading images of the roof and access allows us to provide a fairly accurate quote without coming to the premises.
